Privacy Policy

The short version

You can browse this site without creating an account. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and performance, but we do not use it for targeted advertising. If you join the Inner Circle, we collect the email address and consent information needed to deliver the mailing list and requested download.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you join the Inner Circle, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your affirmative consent to receive Perrish 9 email.
• The date and time of consent, form and campaign identifiers, consent-version identifier, and the requested download identifier.

If you contact Perrish 9 directly, we receive the information contained in your message and any contact details you choose to provide.

Technical information

Cloudflare may process ordinary request and analytics information, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, approximate location, referring pages, and security or performance events, to deliver and protect the site and provide aggregate Web Analytics reports. The site also uses session storage in your browser to remember whether you dismissed or completed the Inner Circle prompt during the current browsing session.

How we use information

• To add consenting subscribers to the Perrish 9 Inner Circle.
• To send requested downloads, welcome messages, release news, and other Perrish 9 updates.
• To record and honor consent, unsubscribe requests, and communication preferences.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell or rent mailing-list information.

Services that process information

We use service providers only where needed to operate this site:

• Brevo stores mailing-list contacts, consent attributes, and email activity and delivers email communications.
• Cloudflare hosts, delivers, secures, and stores site content and protected downloads, and provides aggregate traffic and performance reporting through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

These providers may process information in locations outside your state or country under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Embedded media and outside links

This site links to third-party services including Bandsintown, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, DistroKid, and Printify. Those services have their own privacy practices. YouTube content uses its privacy-enhanced embed domain and is loaded only after you choose to watch a video. Following any outside link may allow that provider to collect information under its own policy.

Your choices

Every marketing email should include an unsubscribe option. You may also ask us to stop contacting you, correct your information, or delete the mailing-list information we control by emailing contact@perrish9.com. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary to document consent, honor an unsubscribe request, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.

Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the site or its services change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
