By using Perrish9.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms may be updated as the site and its services change; the effective date above identifies the current version.

Site content and ownership

Unless otherwise stated, Perrish 9 owns or controls the music, recordings, artwork, photographs, video, text, branding, and other original content on this site. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other license or ownership right is transferred.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publicly perform, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit site content without permission, except where the law allows it or a specific download includes different written terms.

Free downloads

Downloads labeled free are provided for personal, noncommercial enjoyment. They may not be resold, re-uploaded, redistributed as a collection, used in advertising, synchronized to another production, or presented as your own work without written permission. Any usage terms included in a downloaded package also apply.

Mailing list

Joining the Inner Circle requires an email address and affirmative consent. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. The Privacy Policy explains how signup information is handled.

Store status

The site may display merchandise information supplied by Printify, but checkout is not currently enabled and Perrish9.com does not currently accept payment or merchandise orders. Before sales are enabled, the checkout experience and the Shipping and Returns policies will be updated to reflect the approved commerce process.

Third-party services

Links and embedded content may lead to services operated by other companies. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, pricing, ticketing, streaming, fulfillment, and other actions are controlled by them. Perrish 9 is not responsible for an outside service merely because the site links to it.

Availability and disclaimer

The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information accurate and services available, but do not promise that every page, download, event listing, product listing, or outside service will always be current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Perrish 9 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
